Hey, Carlos! Great question. It could depend on the synth. Earthquaker pedals tend to do pretty well with line level signals, and I know several keyboard players who use them in their signal path. Having a synth that gives you a good level of adjustment between instrument and line level output could be helpful, though. Let me know if I can help with anything!
