Yes, it is a conflict of interest for Earth to give therapy to her family and partner. It's a conflict because she already has knowledge of them before the appointment, so she's not a blank slate to help map out their parts. Yet she's not licensed either, and I believe her connection to everyone as helped out in the therapy sessions more than harming them.

Monty in a dress? I think a baby blue sundress would look good on him. Or maybe red to match Monty's hair and eyes. Or maybe yellow and purple. I just keep imagining as soon as Monty talked about wearing a dress.

Not blue. It wouldn't clash per se, but it would throw the appearance off a bit, and the lighter color would stain easily. Yellow has similar problems. It could also come off as being either a bit obnoxious or even clashing depending on shades due to proximity reasons. Purple and red would be best. A purple one and a red one would work well. For the red, a shade of maroon or velvet would work nicely. For purple, a dark royal purple or a shade of violet would work well. If we were to combine the two I'd have to say AND purple dress with red lining on the collar and ends or a red dress with the occasional purple embroidery, mainly on the chest area around were a heart would be. They wouldn't both have to be custom-made to account for his tail, so add in a hole were his tail is that can be seamlessly zipped up on those occasions were he takes it off, as we've seen him do in previous episodes. But yes, I can definitely see the sundress. Light material, little to no sleeves, flexible but also durable. But that's all just my opinions and I'm not a fashion major or anything so I can't really say for sure.

I don’t know why seeing Monty’s therapy session gotten me more emotional than the other therapy sessions so far. Maybe there’s a part of me like Monty, confused about sexuality and also that life can be so confusing and tough. Yet most of me just enjoyed the episode on a surface level like always.
