EAS Alerts from April 17th (#1,900-1,909)

I caught most of the alerts (and maybe some you missed) on both NWR and some of my local TV networks. (I missed the TOA for my county) plus I got a SVR for my county later that night but it wasnt for Cleveland so that was a pointless activation on Cox’s end despite how the EAS works.
