While there is debate over if there should be an EF6 rating or not, it wouldn't have to necessitate an impromptu creation of an "Extreme" Risk for areas in these scenarios. They could still use the high risk, and hatch with a likelihood of EF2 or higher. Sure, some tornadoes like Moore 99' and the 2013 El Reno Tornado would fit the category based on winds alone, but keep in mind, the rating based on damage is something to assess when describing damage. Other than that, nice scenario.

I don’t know if you take requests, but I have one... This one is one that I think has a high possibility of becoming a video, and that is a EAS scenario of the deadly “Black Death” of the 14th century coming to the 21st century. The out break could start in Nashville, Tennessee and rapidly spread through the world. If you do take this scenario under consideration, you can make the story as you please, but I think it’ll be really cool if you have a alert informing that all airplanes have been grounded due to the outbreak. Thank you and I do have a second request, but I’d like to comment on the next video about it. ( a cool name for the video could be “The Angle of Death’s Wish” or “Grim Reapers Sentence”)

I still think you should do one for a real monster few think of; the New Madrid Fault having a major slip. Nobody suspects earthquakes in Tennessee and Missouri and Arkansas and Kentucky. The worse problem is that, because the soil east of the Rockies isn't as compact and hard, the shockwaves go out WAY further. The last time there was a slip, you could hear church bells being shook in BOSTON.

Hearing the particular siren that you used, when the tornado was said to be on a collision course with downtown Pittsburgh, sent chills down my spine. I know that we don’t hear sirens in real EAS bulletins, but if a tornado of the size and power as the one in this video were to hit a downtown area, they may just have to figure out a way to put them in.
