You should totally make a Volcano Warning EAS scenario. Starts with an earthquake, then a volcano erupts, causing a lot of bad weather that produces tornadoes. Then they head to that infamous nuclear power plant, causing a meltdown. This is just a suggestion.

The NOAA weather radio doesn't drop in pitch like that. If you're gonna do this again, you shouldn't change pitch of the voice. I don't even think the NOAA weather radio runs off battery
