EAS Sound Tutorial 1

I have decided to make a video that tells how I do the voice and sound in my EAS videos. I apologize to you all for the crappy quality of the video, but i have a crap computer, so thats why. Enjoy, and if there are any questions, let me know on the site. Also, i am not saying that this is the way to do anything, its just how i do it. Thanks!

It would be a new world, Jman, and it would be Mother Nature's call as to whether humans would survive another age like that or not. I do have another an idea like that buried somewhere, but its too early for it at the moment. Its like my "Avatar"...my videos arent advanced enough yet to make that kind of video, they will be someday i hope. :)

I use CorelStudio to screen capture stuff. I can also use it to record the audio as I can simply split the video into the audio and visual parts.

Ok, guys if you cant get this done, then I have a suggestion. Get speakonia, and theres a program called Bytecool, thats adds more text to speech voices. One of these is called Microsoft mike(telephone), which is microsoft mike but it sounds like he is on a telephone, which is actually similar to the EAS operators voice, and it sounds good actually. Well I watched this one video and they spoke of comet ivor. They called it an apocalypse but it's just a comet. That's where I got the idea from. But what if the comet is huge..what if it leads to something that ends humane society as we know it and created a new world (just an idea) :D

***** This may or may not be how TheEASexperience does it, but it's how I tried to match it. I took an MP3 of a spoken track, threw it in Garageband, took out the lowest (bass) frequencies and the higher (high mid to treble) frequencies, but boosted the lower-middle frequencies, added some distortion to it, and compressed it. This probably isn't how he/she does it, but it sounds really close.
