If I was the regional leader of the APL, instead of "taking over each state, my followers would "liberate" each state from DC aggression. Should the corporation of the United States fail to obey the constitution that allows the federal government to exist, the people MUST declare the corporation of the United States to be invalid. Its former member states should have the freedom to unionize into new confederations of their choice, or remain independent. Isn't it strange that subdivisions of the USSR were able to secede, without the need to nuke the capital, but in the "free" United States, such thoughts of maintain free states could get you into a FEMA concentration camp / relocation center, or worse.
