I agree! There are so many gorgeous stitches with crochet, but knitting is becoming my favorite. I just started to crochet something with a new yarn and could quickly tell I needed to knit with it. Hi Merlyn, thank you for your question. I'm happy to help. From what you describe I think you're doing everything correctly. When working the Sonder shawl you will be increasing constantly on one side and should end with a lot of stitches on your needles. When you bind these stitches off there will be a long edge and that is just what you want. Does that sound like what's happening to you? Let me know and have a wonderful day! 💕

In that case I just recommend cutting and weaving in your ends. OR you can twist the colors at the end of every other row to essentially "pull" the yarn up the side. :)

Hi I just received 4 skeins of beautiful colors to make the Sonder, the problem I have is finishing the beginning of the Yarn and when I, thought, I did it got tangled and it’s a mess and frustrating. My local yarn store won’t ball it up for me and now I’m stuck with tangled yarn and No Sonder to be made. HELP!!!
