I would say don't add sugar. Just don't squeeze the rasgullas a lot. I squeeze out a lot of sugar syrup from it. But you can squeeze just 50 percent.

How much time does it take to complete? Becoz I tried it but I think I kept stove on too low so It haven’t started getting any malai😢 I am not sure why😢😢

You can try that but the rasgullas make it sweet enough. Or you can simply add the rasgullas directly without squeezing (or less squeezing) the sugar syrup. They make the milk sweet.
