Can I make your lovely breads converting them to sourdough? Is there a 'rule' or does each bread recipe require individual sourdough adjustments? Also, I'd love to see a sourdough sweet poppyseed filled strudel. Thanks for everything!

Strudel is on my schedule for next year stay tune and why not any recipe can make sourdough if you make stiff sourdough starter which is the starter with lower hydration like 20G starter 20G water and 60G flour would be less sour and more flavorful for sweet breads checkout my other sweet breads which I made with sourdough to see the method ✌🏼
