I'm glad to be back. There's so much new content I have to explore! I just killed Aissa for the first time past night! I died 8 times 😭 the recording didn't even work... the file got corrupted 😭

They actually changed the way you get acolyte points recently, now you don't have to go to north, there is a chance they will spawn in any skull location. Similar with events, it's not energy dependent anymore. For example, you can spawn DO with high energy. I think it was the update when they added the barb camp.
