I already use this method but I have one biga#s problem, Some clients send me a sketchup model, and literally every single sketchup model I saw, they have a material for each face and 99+ objects, Today I had to make a new uvmap for every single object of 150 and the same for every material, is there any python experts here write a code to make the same action for all selected objects?

This is petty, but, FIRST! XD Real talk, though : What about painted metal surfaces? As in where parts of the paint are worn out to expose the metal?

Do you mean if the metal is weaker, less metallic? Then you'd want the whiteness to be weaker.

I am looking to combine 500 materials that all horde up when I combine 500 objects. Your tutorial did not explain how to solve this basic problem.
