Very cool video! I just want to add a comment about why the closer the light, the softer; And it is because a bigger source of light will fill the shadows with light, the light will travel more even in the face (in this specific case).

Thanx for your insightfull tips on your channel. Very helpfull for me as a starter. But I as an audio- engineer have a tip for you as well. Your room has a nasty resonance at exactly 385 Hz which bounces on your voice. Very easy remedied wit a few absorbers on the wall. Makes everything a lot nicer to listen to.

Hey Danny! I got really curious about different types of diffusions (even tho’ you said you wouldn’t talk about their specifics). How do i make my light source bigger in the last step you showed with a softbox on?
@prajwalgraphy84304 жыл бұрын
So if I use a giant softbox with any light keep it near to me but don't use a diffusion material now the light is big and it is also near me but it isn't diffused so is it still soft light or does it counts as hard light
