Thank you. You have added significantly to my understanding of that campaign. I don’t think Battles and Leaders deals much with it except Knoxville and McLaws. As fine a general as Longstreet is your presentation demonstrates his respect by higher authorities, his vast ego and willingness to sacrifice anyone to retain his position. It is fascinating to experience this against the background of a South with its back against the wall. Thank you again
