Thanks for the information. By the way, I'll be doing labs with Cisco Packet Tracer with the help of your videos day by day to get a feel for the CCNA PBQs. Been starting off small like building a LAN with a couple of PCs and a switch. Keep doing what you are doing.

Hi East, Your videos have greatly helped me learned the basics of Active Directory. I Co-oped with an access control IT team. I have been with the team for 6 months now and landed a part time job with them now. My manager said that the goal is to get a full time roll and become a Global admin (she said like a god Admin?). She said very few people are granted this role. I was wondering if you can give me more input on this and tell me what I should learn? As of rn I do basic tickets such as email delegations via Azure, file share access, ibm mainframe, and terminations. I am currently learning how to do SSO in azure as well. I would really like your advice and suggestions as to what I should learn or try. Thanks, Rickey

Wow! That's really awesome! Definitely keep pushing towards that goal. You're in the right direction. So as admin, you definitely need to learn Windows Server , Active Directory, GPO, using Windows Admin tools like task manager, event viewer, computer management and more

Unable to connect to wifi should be a high priority right? Without wifi how can the user do the work

Great point but I was basing on the priority level that the user put in the ticket. If it was indeed impacting their work, they should put it as High on the ticket. That's why the Priority category is included in the ticketing system. Also, the user might be connected to ethernet that's why they didn't mark it as High Priority at the time. It can also be a mobile device that can't connect to WiFi.
