I hated Roxy honestly. She was a selfish, self-absorbed person. How can everyone around you tell you ur guy is a rapist and u don’t believe them?. Same way she never believed her sister about what their dad did to Ronnie. She refused to believe her bc she simply didn’t want to. Just like this situation with Dean. She didn’t believe anyone who told her what her was, bc she just didn’t want to. She is lucky she got the response and empathy that she never gave any woman. She obviously didnt deserve what Dean tried to do to her at all. Ever. Dean deserved worse than her got, even a decade on.

For me, this was the least believable storyline out of any story line in any soap ever. Why did they decide that Roxy was going to be a rape victim? She was the biggest slag on the square. I mean, I'm not saying she deserved to be forced on or anything like that, but I do question why she suddenly said no now? Maybe that's why the writers moved on to Dean going after Linda, because even they knew that this one was totally unrealistic. Roxy never said no to any bloke. So why now?
