No, her dad is a guy named Terry Gant who used to beat Carol then stole her stuff when he left. A few days before Covid caused the show to go into hiatus she actually made an attempt to look him up, but it's never been mentioned again. Presumably she gave up during lockdown, but I assume had corona not happened she would have found him.
