Pat and Roy are better. Frank took Pat for granted, abandoned her and his children when things got rough. Didn't Pat choose Roy in the end? Because Frank was always going to abandon her. She would end up hurt again. David preferred Roy for Pat. He didn't abandon her. David wasn't right. Didn't Roy cheat on Barry's mother and have a mistress? Apparently. So he's not fully innocent
