Hi Kate. This was an extra long version of yesterdays video. Just loving it. The beautiful bakery, the tree house in your garden. IHI Kate. One extra thing I picked up from “Sew Very Easy” is to glue a button onto a pin cushion to put needles into so they don’t get lost within the cushion👍🏻

I passed that same tip along to a previous commenter although I didn't mention "Sew Very Easy" by name. And I think I said she sews the button on the pincushion, but I think you are right ... glues it on ... because how could one sew a button onto a big, stuffed cushion? Duh.

Lovely time spent with family. The bakery looks delicious and delightful. Reminds me of the little bakery in my home town when I was a little girl. Naughty. You know that I have eaten all my hot cross buns. I could just fancy one now! We visited Hadrian's wall with school. Only thing that we talked about were the latrines. Pack up gone before we had left the playground. Happy days. Hope Norma picks up soon. Fingers crossed. I am off to Italy next week so looked up the Liberty factory. Near Milan. Doesn't look the place to have a factory shop but I will ask my landlord to check. I am going to visit a new fabric shop that sells by weight. That is a blast from the past.! Hi Kate delighted to hear you had such a lovely Easter how we love our children eh Thought I would tell you about my sisters cat she has always only taken in strays and has several . She had one old lady who she had to take to the vets Christmas morning to be …well you know my sister sat up with her all of Christmas Eve night because she knew the inevitable was coming. That cat was 23 !! Had dementia would forget to eat and drink unless my sister physically reminded her where the bowl was but how she loved that cat my brother in law would in his very Yorkshire accent shout “hey up dead cat walking” when ever she went for a stroll but he too stayed up all night to have last cuddles off that cat xxx

What a lovely Easter ❤️ so neat to see your daughter's bakery finally. I think we might need that flan recipe please. Easter is our Anniversary (26 years!) but I was away at craft camp with my lovely friends and left Ashley and Vienna to hang out together at home. It is school holidays here so we are welcoming in Autumn with lazy mornings, baking cookies, crafting, painting and sleepovers, it's a good life 😊
