It is always a bad idea to watch these videos when you are hungry! :D

My god I am envious. All we get in America is heavily processed garbage laced with PCB's. This looks like heaven.

Also, please do more on the eastern European dairy, I have heard it is legendary. That and pickled goods, especially sauerkraut and among the dairy, the sour cream and sweeter creams.Thanks! I hope you can make more videos soon friend!

We have Farmer's Markets throughout Seattle. Every 'village' or large neighborhood has it's own. Nothing as colorful or exotic as what you've shown but I buy certain vegetables, bread, and occasionaly eat some prepared foods. I play accordion and often perform at the Farmer's Markets. I've liked to joke that in an Irish family, one child has to be a priest or nun. In an Eastern European family, someone has to play the accordion. That was me. I was brought up listening to Ukrainian music and it's in my blood. It's relatively easy for me to compose music that stands up to other Ukrainian folk songs. I would LOVE to play in a Ukrainian 'wet market'. Maybe I'll get to return some day.

Молозиво! Its made from the milk taken after a cow gives birth and is sweetened and baked. Its KINDA like a basic, strange, cheesecake.

It's always nice to reminisce about the before time when gloves and mask weren't mandatory... also, great archer clip... don't judge me... food! Lol. Hope nobody got offended by the videoing... saw some frightened old ladies who forgot to put on their Sunday's best face wise... lol great job man!

hahaha, I wanted to include a drinking game: "take a shot every time someone gives me a dirty look." But, I think being the root cause of alcohol poisoning for my viewers would be counterproductive :D

Bro id go for one of the pork vendors that also makes the sausages and ask to help make them ..!! Or to go aong and see what they do.. ive done this in rural croatia a few times from killing animal to making and eating sausages!!
@TheKitchenCosmonaut4 жыл бұрын
That was the plan, the cheese guy, the sausage folks, and the people who made jerky. I wanted to connect with them in early spring and go to their villages and film. Damn 'rona has ruined everything =) Hopefully I will still be able to manage in the future =)

How much were those dairy products? Was that price per kg?
@TheKitchenCosmonaut2 жыл бұрын
The prices can vary wildly, depending on the work involved. Some of the more handcrafted cheeses can be quite expensive. Others are shockingly cheap.
