Let’s write more comments to support the author!!! ❤️ as it doesn’t make sense that KZbin doesn’t promote or showcase such high-quality content. KZbin seems to work strangely because I didn’t even receive a notification about this video. 😔🤷‍♀️

Hi! Moose. How did you fit in the safety vest ? They are many rice dishes that Asian have up their sleeve which surprises other than fried rice. Middle east Ploug or spanish paella are copied. Real good stuff are India's briayani rice dishes. Hope there be an end to the war and both neighbours stop maiming each other. Wok and enjoy good food. Stay safe.

I laughed more from your video than I do at most comedy shows. Also your English and Russian are both quite good. I would be interested in your story! Thanks for a great video!

Just think the U.S. spends less than 5% of it's G.N.P. on food production and we can feed the world! Dude, it looks like you don't have a problem eating ANYTHING....LOL... Man, I hope no one has to use the bathroom right after you take a DUMP in the next day or two!!

Man, I eat something called creamy buckwheat for breakfast a couple times a week. Its just buckwheat that is a mix of course and finely ground buckwheat. The fine ground stuff makes it creamy and the courser bits make for nice texture. I make it and toss a couple scoops of cottage cheese and my scrambled eggs on top. Bobs red mill makes creamy buckwheat but what I use i get from a local farmer. Its good stuff.

if you liked sprats, you could try its weird cousin, sprat pate. basically sprats in a pate form, good on toasted bread. i have never figured out a way to cook with it, tho.

Мужик классно все описал и рассказал, на самом деле из многих подобных консервов реально можно делать неплохие рыбные супы или вторые блюда с тушенкой, хоть и внешне выглядят порой они так себе. Но они есть разных ценовых категорий и разные по качеству You drink a Ruff cocktail like a Russian!

honestly one of the best summaries I ever encountered, THANK YOU, so well informed and put, also bursting with real humanity and honesty which I believe can trump any propaganda - I gotta admit I cried my eyes out while you were reading that pre-invasion post. As a lithuanian I always follow and care deeply about the tragedy of this invasion, these videos are such an inspiration to be not just an observer who occasionally donates, but to actively look for ways to insert myself for a cause, thank you again for doing this

Hate that to get grits i either have to order them on the Internet or have family send them. Grits with butter and brown sugar is lovely but butter and tuna is an interesting change of pace. Cheesey grits are probably my favorite though. Parm is great but i do have a soft spot for bleu cheese

The USDA and FDA won't allow widespread use of buckwheat because it doesn't cause obesity, diabetes, allergies, cancer, general bad health in American suckers at the desired rate, the pharma/insurance parasites need that line flowing fast and free. Yachts and child $3X $lav3s aren't free ya know!

The comment about the dark bread and the cops, so does the bread also try to wrestle the gun away from the cop? I'm sure some exiled Hungarian billionaire somewhere are so delighted to have you onboard as propagator of falsities and exaggeration so the societal fabric of the Anglosphere West can be further eroded.

My grandmas family was from Russia, but they were ethnically German. Borscht in our tradition is a little different. Basically a vegetable stew with the beet leaves added in, everything is chunked up (chunked and not cut into strips) and boiled till very soft except for the potato; they’re added in the last 15 minutes and finish with vinegar or lemon juice. Comforting. It’s good but it’s a little different than what Slavs would eat.

ב''ה, kasha can probably be claimed for Yiddish or perhaps that gets it from more western areas of the Slavosphere. I'll leave it that in NY Jewish circles, buckwheat kasha is kasha. Anyway, the standard US brand(s) are going to recommend toasting in a pan before cooking. The length of the toasting controls bitterness and turns your delicious buckwheat into Postum. Particularly for beginners, it's a less is better light toasting or skip that step, or you'll be put off for many years. Some of the condiments suggested may promote oral cancer, though otherwise it's hard to fault "grain with vegetables and egg" as a concept.

A bowl of cereal with full-fat before sleep has always been my go-to hangover preventitive, absorbs much excess and easy to throw up should it come to that. Totally going to try activated charcoal tho!

If I am expecting a night out my plan is the following: - eat a hearty meal with lots of animal fats and take some extra vitamin D and C in it before going out. I dont know if there's some science behind it but for me it eases the next day. - make sure there's sports drink, energy drink and mineral water in fridge for the next day - drink some water between the drinks - following day make drink mix consisting equal parts sports drink, energy drink and mineral water and add half a tablespoon of salt in it. Sip leisurely. - last tip: chill and relax. If possible plan the day after so that you have no obligations or needs to go anywhere so if you just want to rot in the corner of the sofa for the day, then do it.

snacking throughout a drinking session has a major impact on your ability to function the next day! Any time you're shocked at how well you pull up, you've probably had food in front of you all night. No food and you'll be keeled over the toilet first thing in the morning! I can't stomach hair of the dog these days, I used to treat it as buying about an hour to sort your life out though. Once it wears off, you better hope all your other treatments have started taking effect!

NAC, Vitamin B1 (don't actually know any science to back that up, but experience puts it's effectiveness on par with NAC), electrolytes, but overall make sure it's worth it. Drink good stuff that has good ingredients and has had some care put into it. Can you afford to sleep long - you've got cells to repair.

I need to mention that while choosing a picle juice to drink you should stick to lactofermented pickles which contain no vinegar. It has much needed salt and some lactic acid which you need to get back into your body. And I prefer to stay away from hot shower, just go lukewarm. My last hangover went from 3 to 7 just due to hot AF shower

I don't really get hangovers, and i am a drinker. Just got lucky genetically i guess. The worst i ever get is maybe a mild headache and dehydration. And by mild headache, i mean a headache that i won't even take motrin for (aspirin doesn't work for me).
