Eastern Glyderau, Snowdonia.

Hi All, This is a second day i recently had in Snowdonia climbing some Hewitts (Mountains over 2oooft). I was in the fabulous Ogwen Valley to climb two Hewitts, Y Foel Goch & Gallt yr Ogof at the eastern end of the Glyder's mountain range. I went up Cwm Tryfan under the impressive east face of Tryfan and climbed the miners track to reach these two peaks. I was lucky again with some atmospheric weather. Hope you enjoy.

Looks like a great day out in Snowdonia! The weather definitely added to the adventure, and those views are stunning. Y Foel Goch and Gallt yr Ogof seem like a solid climb, especially with the miners track. Thanks for sharing the hike - really enjoyed seeing it! Have a great weekend

Thanks for the comments it’s a quieter side to the Glyders but some nice views the climb up the miners track wasn’t too bad there is a good path all the way cheers Andy

Amazing video Andy, I love this area but not walked these 2 mountains. Brilliant moody skies, glad it cleared at the highest point. Looked freezing up there and a good long hike! Cheers , Adam

Yes I was lucky with the weather mate and it’s the quieter side of the Glyders so not very busy with walkers cheers Adam

Some pretty stunning views all around there Andrew. The clouds stayed at the right level and made it look all the more fantastic. I’m beginning to like the look of Wales more and more. 👍🏻

Yes mate Snowdonia is great very rugged, Wales is like Ireland stunning countryside great hill walking as long as it’s not raining 😂
