That mini game is a full RPG, with leveling, party members, loot, and even their own version of amiibo. It’s incredible. I spent about an hour playing just that, so far. Speaking of fullness, it took about 2-3 hours just to get to the opening credits of Eastward. I have been having a blast with this game!!

@@mikeuk666 Yes sir, that dude was miserable. I kept getting stuck on, well you know… I like that there was a bit of a puzzle aspect to the fight. Have you fought the second yet? There’s a trick to that one too. I like when devs make the bosses more than, just hit them until they die.

Earthbound and Mother 3 were my absolute favorite games growing up. So this game is right up my alley. It’s a love letter to Earthbound and Zelda and it seems to have been perfectly executed. It captures the charm of those timeless classics and I reallllly look forward to playing this game ASAP. I’ve noticed that in the past couple of years, indie games tend to be my favorites and I’m most intrigued by them. Just goes to show that spending tons of money on developing AAA titles doesn’t always equate to being the best games. Great indie games are so good because the game devs are extremely passionate about their creations and it isn’t strictly a money grab like some bigger titles. Anyway.. thank you for showcasing this masterpiece dude

Absolutely grateful for living in a time where a developer group can put Zelda/Earthbound together and I am always playing that rpg . This is in my top 3 out of 5 indies of the year ❤️ I’m glad you got to play this small moment of wonderful 2021 goodness ⭐️

This is the kind of game that begs for a physical release with as much artwork as possible. Not a limited release on some online store with high shipping and import taxes, but one I'd actually buy. I know Chucklefish can do that, they did it with the amazing Wargroove. Instead of a strategy guide give this one a manual with artwork and of course interior box art, and I buy it. Now I'll wait because I want such a version of this game, it deserves one.
