Looks really good. Rotini is the perfect pasta for this. Have to admit....my Father's family is from Maine. Mother's fam from Brooklyn. I'm born and raised NJ. When I here people us the word "Y'all" making Italian food I get a little dubious. But this looks great. I would have made my own sauce with San Marzano tomatoes, but that's it.
