protein shake 1 cup oats 1 cup water (to make the shake less thick) 2 spoons of peanut butter 16 ounces (2 cups) of milk 2 spoons of chocolate chips pro tip: blend the oats before adding them to water so they’re easier to blend with the shake and also it’ll be less thick

:) and I mean honestly you could add whatever you wanted to increase the cals, you could add chocolate or even olive oil and you probably wouldn’t notice it but it would add a couple hundred cals from a tablespoon

It’s not so much a dirty bulk because an average day of work I burn 600-1000cals stacked on the 2600 my body burns to function and I try to eat around 3500 everyday. And thanks man!👍

Yes of course this works, and you don’t need any protein powder but if you wanted to add it you could, also it’s entirely up to genetics to decide where you’d be gaining the weight too, but girls predominantly store more fat in their thighs than guys, I hope this helps! :)

It depends on how much your eating versus how many calories you’re body burns a day. If you need 2200 calories to stay the same weight, eating 2600-2800 calories will help you gain a pound or so a week.

i appreciate the video but this is definitely not 1000cals. the oats equal to 300, peanut butter 200, choco chips 160, and milk 200. Thats 860. If you add a banana and maybe chia seeds it'll actually be 1000.
