1 cup oats 2 tablespoons peanut butter 16 oz of milk 2 table spoons chocolate chips add some water to make it less thick and easier to drink

protein shake 1 cup oats 1 cup water (to make the shake less thick) 2 spoons of peanut butter 16 ounces (2 cups) of milk 2 spoons of chocolate chips pro tip: blend the oats before adding them to water so they’re easier to blend with the shake and also it’ll be less thick

@@corgigator734 the way i like making shakes is 1 cup oats, 1 1/2 cup oatmilk, 4 tbls of peanut butter, 1 banana and ice i think bananas make shakes taste better but that’s just me idk if this will taste better for you 😭

@@cherriekadavis9933 ok, I used 1 cup milk,1 cup water,2 tbps peanut butter, 1 scoop of protein, and a cup of oats and the oats got real chunky and it tasted bad. I'll try the recipe in the video where it has 2 cups milk next time

This tastes way better with the chocolate chips I'm so glad I found this video. Huge difference in flavor. I was originally just using banana oats milk PB and added honey in for some sweetness. Your video is appreciated!

I just made some but I added a lot of things into it haha (flax seeds, chia seeds, honey, chocolate flavored Horlicks and half a scoop of protein powder). I tastes really good!!

:) and I mean honestly you could add whatever you wanted to increase the cals, you could add chocolate or even olive oil and you probably wouldn’t notice it but it would add a couple hundred cals from a tablespoon

Well burpees is a cardio exercise and cardio can still be beneficial during a bulk in moderation. If that’s the type of cardio you enjoy doing, go for it!

It’s not so much a dirty bulk because an average day of work I burn 600-1000cals stacked on the 2600 my body burns to function and I try to eat around 3500 everyday. And thanks man!👍

I’m sure Nutella will work similarly with calories but I don’t think Nutella has as much protein per serving as peanut butter, but you can give it a shot!

Yes of course this works, and you don’t need any protein powder but if you wanted to add it you could, also it’s entirely up to genetics to decide where you’d be gaining the weight too, but girls predominantly store more fat in their thighs than guys, I hope this helps! :)

I weight about 47 kg and im 172 cm. I consume about 1200 kcal per day and imma try the weight gain shake over 1000 kcal every morning so that basically 2x more calories per day so i should gain pretty quickly

It depends on how much your eating versus how many calories you’re body burns a day. If you need 2200 calories to stay the same weight, eating 2600-2800 calories will help you gain a pound or so a week.

Yeah I wouldn’t recommend trying to drink it in one go but instead spread it out over an hour or two.

Honestly I don’t think it should matter when you drink it but if you are going to drink it before or after I suggest to do it after when your body is primed to take the nutrients and work on rebuilding your muscle.

Honestly I’d push that up to 3000calories and track your weight for a week and see if you gain any weight, and if not increase by 300daily cals until you start to gain weight

i appreciate the video but this is definitely not 1000cals. the oats equal to 300, peanut butter 200, choco chips 160, and milk 200. Thats 860. If you add a banana and maybe chia seeds it'll actually be 1000.
