I took a class on dyeing fabric, and with natural dyes you have to let the dye dry and sit for 24 hours before rinsing in order to let the color set. Mordanting the fabric first would really help too. As long as you don't leave it in the dye too long if you want a lighter color.

I did a really deep declutter in my room a few days ago and let me just say that I feel relieved to have gotten a lot of things that I never used out of the way. I remember always saying “let me just keep this... I’d need it later” or I’d get distracted and try on all the clothes in my wardrobe instead of cleaning. But this time around, I got down and dirty and really concentrated on it. That was solely because I needed to get my mind off of a lot of things. I dont know why I’m saying all this. But the moral of the story is, decluttering and making your space look nice is very satisfying and it makes me feel a lot more at peace ❤️

I liked the video, even though I expected something different when I clicked. I honestly think the biggest upgrade you can make is adding a space for not-quite-dirty clothes. Whether it’s a hook like you did or something else - it just makes it look so much more organized and purposeful. I use a blanket ladder and it works wonders.

Try hanging some very large mirrors, they give the illusion of a larger space. Light coloured walls will also make a small space feel airer. The same goes for your duvet cover, a white or light coloured bed linens will make things seem more spacious. You can also use hanging plants to add some life to your room without losing any shelf space 🥰
