Hi @amendateo4417 Thank you! While I don't usually bake with whole wheat flour, I do have some on hand, and I will definitely see what I can do. ( the no-butter factor should not be a problem at all) although, it might take me a little while to actually get it posted if I do find a good option. 😂

@@giftsfromthefather Thank you for your reply. At the moment I’m using einkorn all purpose flour and I follow your instruction by adding 1/4 tsp of ginger it really helps the dough to rise more. I’m a beginner this is the only time that I’m able to make a bread for myself 😁thank you also I don’t have mixer if you make it hope you do it without mixer

@@amendateo4417 Wow! Great job making the bread! I'm so glad the ginger is helping it rise more! I'd be happy to do it without a mixer. To be honest, I rarely use it for making bread now anyway, all my best recipes come out way better if I mix by hand.
