In this video we will make Beef Brisket in the air fryer.
Beef Brisket a great tasting and popular way to cook beef that is often slow cooked or smoked and served sliced up with BBQ sides and also commonly served as a sandwich.
Making Beef Brisket, whether in a a smoker or an oven usually consists of several hours of cooking time, often as long as 8 hours but in the air fryer (I’m using a COSORI) this is easy to make and can be on the table in as little a couple of hours depending on the size of the meat and how long you want to give the meat to “rest”.
Is resting necessary? No, but I suggest giving it at least 15 to 30 minutes so the meat’s juices redistribute throughout the meat.
Is this recipe as good as smoking a huge piece of beef brisket for 8 hours? No. But, it’ll get you pretty tasty brisket in a short time.
Although I do enjoy hot sliced beef brisket with sides of cole slaw, roasted veggies and mashed potatoes, I actually prefer it on sandwiches with BBQ sauce, cole slaw, or sliced onions, pickles with bbq sauce or even mustard. LOL.

INGREDIENTS LIST
Beef brisket, about 1.5 lbs/750g (Make sure it fits into your air fryer)
1/2 cup mustard
1/2 cup seasoning (I used McCormick steak seasoning, but a mix of garlic powder, chili spices, salt and pepper, and/or whatever else you like to use would work.
