Thank you Heather this is just what I need to strengthen my arms for handstands against a wall. Presently can hold with reasonable form for about 30 seconds.

Great Johnno! Happy to hear it's just what you need to help strengthen your arms for handstands... and holding handstand for 30 seconds is really good! Perhaps each time you practice you can build up by 2-5 seconds and you'll be at 1 minute in no time 😀👋👋👋

Well it was “easy” up until 16:31 . At that point I could not get my hands into the right position to lift. Maybe I’ll try again without blocks.
