Progression to Tittibhasana - firefly pose - In this class we practice a progression to Tittibhasana (firefly pose). Tittibhasana is an arm balancing pose that involves arm strength and it also requires strong and pliable legs. In this sequence we develop awareness of the actions required in the legs in order to sustain this challenging pose.
