Today I am going to share delicious and tasty recipe of oven roasted turkey. This delicious turkey will be perfect for any holiday, whether it is thanksgiving or Christmas. This ultimate recipe is easy to make and I will share with you all the key points.
How to make turkey: the key point is to take the turkey 3 hours before putting it into the oven, the meat has to become room temperature
The spices should be well prepared and not burned, I suggest to add the butter with spices inside the turkey
How long do I cook the turkey? For every
KG it should be cooked 35-40 minutes under 175 degrees Celsius.
I cover the turkey with foil and send it to the oven for 175 degrees Celsius for 2 hours. In 2 hours I remove the foil and place turkey in the over till it is well cooked.
How to know when the meet is ready? I use kitchen thermometer. In the thickest part of the turkey the temperature should be 75 degrees Celsius. The temperature should be checked in multiple parts.
To keep all the juices inside the turkey needs to have a 30 minute rest before it will be cut and shared with the guests.
