I’m finishing year two - at 52 - doing the handstand journey. THOSE were INCREDIBLE TIPS!! Thanks for breaking down the technical nuances and fundamental training areas. Great video 💪🏼

Thanks for your message, I'm 38, calisthenics is catching my attention... but I don't know if at my age I should try it. 😂 This seems appropriate for people in their 20s!
@FitnessAndLongevityWithHan10 ай бұрын
@@fernandaguillenm I’d say starting at 38 is better than me starting at 50? 🤔… “youth” is subjective vs hard anchoring to calendar age. What I love about calisthenics is that it’s a build from ground zero at any age and the payback is clearly evident in your everyday mobility. 1000 mile journey that pays back every mile of the way 💪🏼

Your video showed up on my feed, and I must say, you are a GREAT teacher, sweetheart. Because you feel like a sweetheart ❤️ I love doing yoga and other forms of exercises. I’ve tried my hardest and gave up on these handstands because no one actually gave me the proper ways of doing them. I’m going to try these for sure and hopefully some day, I may be able to do at least a crow pose ☺️ Thank you ❤️

Thank you! I’m coming off of a 5 year long chronic shoulder injury and hopefully slightly moving in the direction of handstands someday and this and your channel is great and helpful content that inspires me for things I hope to reach to someday. My PT says I’ll be able to get there someday. Thanks for the information and inspiration :)

For the crow pose do we have to have our legs resting on our arms or can we have them one the sides of them, slightly touching or above? My arms hurt when I rest my legs on them.

Does anyone know what she means about "yoga block between her elbows"? It makes no sense to me, because I've never seen a yoga block that wide or big, to where it could be held between her elbows, which are at shoulder width apart.
@Mirage031811 ай бұрын
I think it was just as a reference
@carolinaida1287 ай бұрын
You can try to put something else in between instead, something that's the right width. I think the purpose is to not flare your elbows and engage the right muscles
