OPEN ME FOR INGREDIENTS!
2 tablespoons warm water
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
2 teaspoons of butter
1 tablespoon sugar (plus a pinch for yeast mixture)
3 tablespoons almond milk, or whatever milk
1 egg
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (plus extra for rolling)
pinch of salt
2 cups neutral oil for frying (I use vegetable)
powdered sugar

Great content! Loved that it is a small batch recipe and saved to my recipe playlist. Never seen a filled beignet! Those looked delicious too but... your music was intolerable. Uuugh.
