Thank you very much for this recipe. Absolutely easy and delicious. Today I made a batch of chocolate chip ones with walnuts as requested by my husband and I made a batch with raisins for raisin lovers like myself. Those who don’t like them should be more respectful. Just because they don’t like them does not mean that raisins are bad. As a matter of fact, they are very nutritious.

I'd be the first one to debunk Bisquick in favor of flour and a few adds, but, in 1955, I won my GF's heart, and so married her. The key was a comfort meal I made when she had the flu/cold: I whipped up creamed shrimp over Bisquick dumplings.

I used to make harder biscuits. They used butter milk. And there cinnamon came in chips. It's was cinnamon set in something like Crisco and rolled thin. Then broken up. And u used a couple cups per batch. They were rolled and curt bisciuts.

I don't have a means of weighing the Bisquick. What would be the conversion of 15 oz. to cups?

Question: In the video you indicate 15 ounces of the Bisquick mix- on the recipe website it says 2 1/2 cups which is equivalent to 20 ounces - did I hear it incorrectly?

Jane, I recommend 15 ounces in the recipe, equivalent to 2 of the smaller packs.
