Hey y'all! So let me start by saying that I don't know why it took me so long to make these dang things! They're almost too simple and they only have 4 doggone ingredients! My son said these are the best biscuits he's ever had! They are also daughter, son in law and grandkid approved!! You really can't go wrong making these and you can't mess them up. Even if you have a tried and true biscuit recipe, you need to try this one!!

Recipe:
4 cups bisquick (up to 4 1/2 cups total)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup 7UP
1 stick of butter (plus about 2 tbsps to brush on top)
Put the stick of butter into a 9x13 pan and set it in the oven while it preheats to 425 degrees. Mix together the bisquick, sour cream and 7UP until all ingredients are incorporated. Put down a little bisquick and turn the dough out onto the work surface. Add bisquick until it's no longer sticky. Pat out to about 1 inch thick. Cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter or a cup or whatever you have. Place them into the 9x13 pan on top of the melted butter. Mine made 12 biscuits (well, I had 2 wonky little ones so it was 13 lol) Bake for 15-18 mins or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter while they're still hot.
