Excellent recipe. But I see a lot of berries sunk to the bottom. Suggestion to avoid this - reserve 1 tablespoon of flour , sprinkle on blueberries, mix that and then add to the batter. The berries will stay in place.

DELICOUS. MOIST. SOFT. I made these vegan by replacing 1 tbsp banana and 1 tbsp apple sauce instead of yogurt. (U could use just 2 tbsp of either vegan yogurt, just banana or apple sauce. But the blend of banana and apple sauce is really good) added some cinnamon, sugar and oats on top. Baked it with a toaster oven. I LOVE IT! Double the recipe if u want to make 9 muffins.

I do not think so. The blueberry preserves are less solid than the actual blueberries, so I am sure you would end up with the blueberry preserves mixing with everything, instead of there being wonderful blueberry chunks everywhere.
