Awesome man! I have used plenty of your recipes and never been disappointed. Just purchased my cookbook today. So many more recipes and ideas. Even better than that, I love the easy to read format and simple instructions. Thanks for what you do and I will definitely keep supporting and promoting.

Hey Michael, a GREAT alternative for a wheat-free crust is simply a ''corn'' tortillas their usually small and are stocked in the fridge section. Each tortilla is 50 calories with about 11 grams of carbs you can easily bake 3 or 4 of them and they come out nice and crunchy like tortillas chips. Their really addictive, I usually use red pepper spread or salsa as the topping instead of tomato sauce

Glad I could help! Its difficult to say without knowing your exact routine but I would Not drop chest completely! Lots of benching will work the front Delts hard as will any kind of pressing movement. Re-evaluate your split, perhaps lower your total sets for bench press by half try other chest exercise & when you work your shoulders also lower the amount of over head presses and add in bent over laterals & face pulls to work the rear delts more. Its all about balancing opposing muscle groups.

Hi Michael, I really like the work your doing. Pizza is always good to eat, some say it is not healthy, but it is important to eat food that we like and be creative to make it as heathly as possible. I like the rule 80% healthy, 20% confort food. I justed lost 50 pounds in 4 months, and it was easy. I included in my nutrition, the food I like, I found a ways to reduce the calories to make them more healthy. Your videos helped me. Thank's Micheal and continue your good work.

Looks great! An alternative is using cauliflower/cheese as the crust (combining it in the food processor) instead of the whole wheat. I am not sure if it makes that much of a difference, but it comes out pretty great. I've tried it a few times.

Michael bro your awesome man!! I want to start a channel as well a little similar to your but for more for students who always make the excuse that they can't workout or worry about fitness because they have to study all the time. I'm an engineering major and most of the students I know say they never have time to cook or get to the gym but I know if I can do it they can too. I just wanted to ask you for any advice on how to start off? I'd really appreciate it bro!

You don't have to use bread at all - you can mix shredded chicken and shredded cheese, and it'll actually make a delicious, protein-packed substitute for those carbs.

Hope you don't mind if I answer! Its sounds like you may need to work on your rear Deltoids (back of the shoulder) try bent over lateral raises or a supported version with you chest laying on an incline bench. Its a small muscle group so use light dumbbells 10-12 reps 3-4 sets. Another one is Face Pulls use resistance bands or cable machine, lots of vids on you tube for examples. When you strengthen these muscle they will help pull your shoulders back and naturally open up your chest more. :-)

I would suggest using a different oil since olive oil shouldn't be used at high temps. The high heat changes the structure of the oil which in turn cause free radicals. You also have to be cautious when buying pre-made tomato sauce. It is usually packed with preservatives and salt. One thing I love to use for anything that requires melty cheese is using soy cheese. Sounds disgusting but actually delicious and stays melty for way longer. Not so tasty uncooked though. :)

If you dont like pepperoni do this instead. Add chicken, after its all cooked add fat free /low fat blue cheese and drizzle hot sauce. Very high protein, and sooooo good, it became my favorite and Im not a fan of hot stuff.
