Most amazing fitness channel on youtube! Truly makes bodybuilding fun rather than just making meals consisting of brown rice veggies and chicken. Great recipes. Also considering that he puts down countless hours and even answers a lot of comments i don't see how u can complain about a couple of ads!

I'm going to go with yes. I think the jello also has a thickening agent in it, which will help the ice cream be more thick.

Hey Michael great video as always! Two wishes from your swedish fans: 1. A detailed vid where you go through how to figure out necessary calorie intake as well as ratios of how much protein, carbs and fat you recommend in those calories (and a more detailed run-through of myfitnesspal and how you personally use it). We want to learn from someone we know has mastered it 2. More workout vids like you did for biceps and back (as well as telling us how often you switch up your routine). Legs/chest

The great thing about this recipe is that the bananas provide the creaminess/coldness/sweetness needed to make it taste like ice cream I make something like this w/o bananas, but u will need a thicker protein like casein and a very good blender 1S casein 1Tbsp Cocoa Splenda to taste 2-3 Tbsp Cottage Cheese 1/4 teaSp Guar/or/xanthan gum Blend, make sure the guar/xan doesn't get wet before blending (or it will clump) Blend again with 10-12 ice cubes added 6 at a time P32/C9/F4 200cal EAT!

Is there a benefit to drinking almond milk over dairy milk (lactose free if intolerant). Is it just to fit your macros in a different way, having much more fat and much less protein?

Do bananas really have to be frozen or is this so the ice cream is cold when it's done? I was wondering if you can just use normal (not-frozen) banana and then put the ice cream in the freezer. It should be the same, right?

I mean I'm gonna run... I've been workin out for a while and I know what to do to lose weight. The thing is I don't to lose any muscle so I want the cut to be fast. That's why I was considering taking Hyper Shred, because it contains ingredients such as: Caffeine Anhydrous, Bitter Orange Extract (Citrus Aurantium) (30% Synephrine) (Advantra Z®), Red Pepper (Fruit) (2% Capsaicinoids) (Capsimax®), Black Pepper (Fruit) (95% Piperine) (Bioperine®) and I think Yohimbe too.
