When you have a hungry group, or just need a dish for a pass around, this is a wonderful down home meal. This is easy to prepare and you can use your storage as well as fresh.

I lve this, and I can play with my dehydrated foods with this too. I like that even more. I just have to start using more of them. I watched all of your meals in a jar again, and ended up getting tons more dehydrated "thingies" to make them. Time to eat them more often, to see what we really like the best. This one goes on the top of the list too. I even got the freeze dried ham too. Now I can try it in this one. Thanks so much, you make my day.

I go to Sam's and get the big bag of mozzarella and cheddar then mix the two together to form separate bags of the mix. That forms several gallon bags of blended cheeses. May not work for some but it works for me. I use that mixture in several different meals

That looks so good. I love casserole type dishes this like. It is comfort food to me. I also try to avoid them since it is just me most of the time so I don't have to eat the whole thing! :)

That's kind of what I made today but I didn't bake it, too lazy I guess. I just cooked everything in the skillet with dehydrated mushroom, and yesI did rehydrate them. ;-) It was good and the guys liked it.

Looks so delicious! Im hungry right now lol. First day back on watching what I eat but I havent eaten near enough(Im like 1000 calories short and the day is almost done!). I need to get my butt in gear and eat properly and exercise and get into shape. Last thing I want is the doctors to tell me in four years(They put me on a waiting list) that I need to get my stomach stapled.

Starting my meals in a jar this weekend.....!!! Still working on food storage .... thanks for all you do..!!!! This looks great.... can this be made into a meal in a jar..??
@Sheila632510 жыл бұрын
Hey, if I had chickens I would sure use the eggs too.
@perbain10 жыл бұрын
Well,,, lets see! hahaha Anyway, I would say---why not? Give it a try. I think if it doesn't stay frozen for a long time it should be fine. You can also 1/2 the recipe and use a 8 by 8 pan.

3:19 THAT French cook is the famous Julia Childs! Oh the horror that you don't remember her name!!! I am feeling a fit of hysterics coming!

You know Sheila, I should have made this with the egg crystals I buy from Honeyville. They taste so much more like fresh eggs. Oh well, O have the chicken so why not?

Oh my gosh, your ham breakfast casserole looks to die for. Was wondering, after it cools, could it be cut into individual servings, then frozen, for a quick re-heat breakfast using the microwave. Thanks for another great video. P.S. I have to smile when you are making one of your delish. recipes and you say, "You'll see". :) God Bless. Mrs. TC

so you can enjoy it without guilt use the exact same recipe but leave out half the potatoes. you can add extra meat to compensate the less potatoes. Nobody will actually miss the potatoes. Do this type of thing all the time as Don can't eat that many carbs due to diabetes. He and I have lost me 60lbs in 7 months Don 40lbs in 7 months.
