Folks, I'll note that butterboards were big last summer. Bon appetit, epicurious and a couple of other sites did their own takes on it. So, chat GPT was not wrong.. It was just off by about 6 months lol. And if it was truly disgusting, those food sites would never have touched this trend. I'm glad our host liked it so much!

Butter board is new to me. I think I'd like it better with cream cheese, mix separately, form into logs or balls, chill in frig then put them on the board with a snack knife.

Why don't people do this on bread instead of a board, then it's self cleaning. Just eat the bread board. Like think about tossin that in the oven a minute when it's empty. An ex-cousin would do all sorts of things with cream cheese, and cheese balls. I was never impressed, but with this style it would be better
