Hello! Thank you SO MUCH for this video. I have a Bluetti AC500 system with two batteries that I bought to use in my skoolie build. We currently use it in winter to run our pellet stove during power outages in our house, but I want to be able to move the system to the bus when I go on the road. I have been thinking of wiring the bus without the ‘brains’ of the power system as a permanent part of the build but I only had a vague sense of what to do. This video is LITERALLY the missing link I needed. I really enjoy the creative thinking you bring to your videos. Thank you again, this is just what I needed!

Very detailed video, great job! FYI, the 10A cigarette port may be inadequate to handle the entire load of a van. Bluetti, EcoFlow, and Goal Zero have models with high output (30A) DC ports that use a more secure connection (Anderson or Aviation).

You really need to add rubber circular grommets in your roof cable holes to protect from chafing and electrical shorts/fires.. Like other vehicles, these should be added anytime you pass live wires through sheet metal or bulkheads. they can be added to current installation by making one cut and spiraling them into place.

Bro you the man. I was just looking to buy a Chevy exspress 1500 van I had one before in 2008 and I loved it and i didnt do much but put a TV and system in it, already had the bed in the back. But what you have done is sick bro. I said to my wife it wasn't more then 5K to do what you did the first time I saw your channel with out hearing you say it, and then saw another video where you proved me right. Also I have no problem paying for the blueprint to do a van regardless of the price. So yes make that happen you have a plus on my end bro. Sorry for your loss of your father my condolences to you.🤲🏾 Keep up the good work bro.

I wish these companies would start upping the DC output to 20a or so on these smaller power stations. I think Pecron is the only one that has done it with the E1500LFP which has 300-400w DC output.
