In the end I made a chocolate/coffee {Mocha} gluten free cake, made my caramel sauce with Coconut milk and Coconut sugar, and a little vanilla extract...I only boiled it for 10 minutes....Next time a little longer as is just not as thick as I would like.... The cake turned out amazing using Homemade Oat flour/Coconut flour, coconut sugar eggs milk {

I will have to swap ingredients when making this recipe... So lets see what it turns out like, Gluten free Flours, Coconut sugar, vanilla extract only...{personally wouldn't mix almond with such a wonderful vanilla and Caramel cake} i wouldnt use nuts, however I think maybe nice to place a few holes with a skewer into the cake whilst warm, and pour the warm caramel sauce over so some of it seeps through the cake. Lets hope my changes work... Thank you 💕
