@@vanitanaran4380 Hi, I'll try my best to explain the way I do it... First of all I make sure to remove the skin of chickpeas which can be done under cold running water or if you have time then individually (sounds crazy I know, but I do it as removing skin makes the hummus really smooth). Then I would take a mixer grinder add garlic,few ice cubes, extra virgin olive oil, boiled beetroot pieces, 1ts tahini (which I prefer to make at home as it's cheaper n easy), salt according to taste and lime. In addition to all these I also add little bit smoked sweet paprika as I like the taste of it. Though usually I don't really measure the amount of chickpeas I use but then let's assume 1cup of chickpeas,1 medium size beetroot, rest according to your taste as I would add 3-5 garlic to it. And always keep the hummus moist with olive oil.. I use Colavita olive oil as I feel that's the best available here. Sorry for long reply though I hope it helps. Best wishes

Great recipe! It’s incredible how much we owe to Western and Eastern Asia. In this case the countries of the Levant : Lebanon, Syria, Palestine where hummus was invented. It’s in the US where it became so widespread and known thanks to the huge Lebanese- American community. I love their food which is second to none.
