In the U.K. I have now been given the hearing aid sound generator , the same one as Dr Suzanne showed . This has significantly reduced the anxiety for me just as she explained .I hope the tinnitus will eventually fade away . I'm told it can take up to two years .Therapy for this is very hard to get here in the U.K. and no one has heard of tinnitus it seems . Thankyou for your videos . They have given me hope through a very difficult and anxious year .

Hi i am in UK to , Surrey. I had referral to ENT when i first became aware of tinnitus, this was some years ago , my hearing then was fine but i think i may need to go back to the doctors and start again as i feel i am not coping. I have been trying EFT (tapping) and finding ways to relax but i do get anxiety which does not help. Switched to decaf coffee and limit alcohol. Good information. My sudden tinnitus began in November of last year and was caused by menopause! Did HRT did not work! Did accupunture treatment and taking Chinese herb supplements. And wear headset to drown tinnitus by watching KZbin, tv,or listening to music. It's great you have this service however I can not use it due health insurance not covered by it. And I did see regular Dr and ENT last year big waste of time and especially money.

After a day of ringing it makes my anxiety go thru the roof - feel exhausted I head even allergies can cause anxiety.

I had all sorts of different tinnitus sounds in my right ear, eventually became mostly pulsatile tinnitus (PT) which is the worst of all. Since December 2022. There is most likely a vascular source for it, but imaging (MRS and MRV) hasn't found it. MRIs showed I had a meningioma overlaying the endolymphatic sac. I had brain surgery 2 weeks ago to remove it, hoping my symptoms (PT and dizziness, vertigo) would go away but they didn't. I akso get the high pitched ringing tinnitus in both ears. There is also sensorineural hearing loss associated with ringing tinnitus.

I live in Bennington Vermont had all audios testing. No help. It drives me aggregated 😢

No sound therapy blocks my ringing, even with headphones at a loud volume. I’m quietly going crazy, living one day at a time. I no longer have the strength to endure. I’ve had a strong ringing for 8 months, after removing the wax plug. The ringing is as if I’m standing near the bell for class. I from Ukraine, and we are at war, we are constantly hiding from Russian missiles and bombs. I don’t have the opportunity to get into the clinic due to shelling. Death is death, I’m tired of the unbearable ringing, it will give me a stroke.

@@thanasisathanasi4965 doctor gave me citalapram 10mg once a day. Not happy taking it 😞
