If you don’t have piping bags you can just use a normal ziplock bag, that’s what I always do 👍 and toothpicks work for the skewer trick

I watched this and I don't even like strawberries! That's how much I admire you! :) An idea for another Valentine's Day video - Coeur a La Creme! I made some a few years ago and they were pretty darn fancy (and delish) but really easy if you have the special mold and some cheesecloth.

Another way to get pink chocolate is use use ruby chocolate. It’s pink and has a taste that is a cross between white chocolate and raspberries. It also has the texture of milk chocolate!

Hi I suggest to not melt in microwave and add a 1 or 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil to chocolate when melting The oil will not have any taste and it will give shine to the chocolate when they are set on strawberries and it helps to coat the strawberry easy as well as it comes in handy to make the chocolate a little bit runny to coat. Enjoy!

Hi I'm making these today and i need HELP lol!! How long did it take the chocolate to set/dry on the berries? Did you use shortening?? This is the first vid i've seen where actual chocolate was used (instead of melting wafers) without shortening or coconut oil so now i'm unsure of my method! Please respond if you can. Thank you!! *P.S. if anyone else has a tried and true method for setting the chocolate on the berries, please don't hesitate to reply!!

“Candy Melt” is OK for piping stripes … ((BUT)) it’s TERRIBLE for dipping strawberries…For dipping, use a quality white chocolate.
