What size cake tin did you use and the oven temperature, is it for a fan or non fan oven? Please can you reply?

very late, but i used the Pyerex non stick 35 x 26 cm metal oven tray, the mixture ended up much more thin along the bottom than i expected but after rising it ended up about where expected, Incase youre a cake expert or one is watching, i did find that after 30m at 160 it came out near perfect, but personally i found it a bit crumbly and could do with a bit better binding in my opinon for the use case i had... possibly i needed 4 large eggs and was using medium? the cake came out delciously fluffy so cant complain, i did also find personally i nedded more than 5 tbsp of milk for the icing, which is not covered in list of materials in the description, so note: you need icing sugar as well for this recipie... otherwise pretty much perfect.. thanks to the creator for the video guide
