This one looks really awesome! I'll have to give it a try. I'm very inspired by that sandwich

Have you tried freezing this bread? If so, how? I just wonder if it’d get soggy. LOVE your channel and instructions!

Hi Kristi! Thanks for the comment!! I have never tried freezing this loaf but from what I’ve read, it freezes well! Just cover tightly in plastic wrap, and place in a freezer bag. No need to defrost it when you’re ready to eat it, just place it in the oven at 350° for about 20-25 minutes and it should be just as fresh as when you baked it! I hope this helps, thanks again, I really appreciate your support! 💕✨

Hi, random question! Have you tried to at least get the kneading process started with a dough hook on a mixer for any of these BBB kneaded recipes? I’m gonna make the batard in a few days and I may give that a try, but I wanted to see if you or anyone in the comments had attempted that before!

Hi Abby!! Thanks for the comment! I have not used a dough hook to mix or knead because I don’t have a stand mixer. From what I’ve read about on the subject, lots of bakers seem to love using their stand mixers, especially to knead! I have read that dough can easily be over-kneaded with stand mixers so maybe keep and eye out for that! I hope this helps!! 😉

I was wondering did you cut your biga in half as well or just the ciabatta recipe ?
@PaigeBurrows3 жыл бұрын
I cut the whole recipe in half, including the biga 🤗 I hope this helps!! Thanks for the comment and happy baking!
