There is no greater love than that of an immigrant with his mother country. The traditional cuisine of a Nation, in this case Italy, manages to build a bridge to the United States. An indestructible bridge made of many memories and love. Respect! Cheers, Domenico.

I love Italian food and Love being in Italy 🇮🇹 It gives me a feeling like if I’m in my mother country🥰 these smells and flavors is just amaaaaazing 😍

Fun fact: Ciabatta bread was invented in 1982 by a baker in upper Italy. So technically it's not really "traditional" cuisine. It's a very recent creation, but it most certainly is 100% Italiano 🇮🇹 🤌

The only people who are immigrates are the people who were not born in the country they now live in. The indigenous people are the people who originated from the country originally.... Everyone else are immigrants whether they are 1st, second etc generation. USA... Native American Indians are the original people which makes the rest of us, immigrants or descendants of immigrants... So we are just like this lovely Italian man.

Hello and Dzień Dobry, dear Pasquale Sciarappa, I would like to thank you so much for all the videos you've shared with the world, my father passed away in the hospital on friday, May 9 after a month long struggle from a brain stroke and bad hospital treatment, he discovered your channel about a year ago, we watched them with him and my mother everyday, and every so often he'd actually try to cook something from your recipe and we always start if off with "Salute, cin cin!" since there wasn't a single video without that phrase, gotten to the point where my dad asked us "When are we going to watch a Cin Cin video?" We're from Iraq/Poland, so we don't hear that phrase often. He watched many cooking channels but you sir were the one he always came back to and relied on for some real homemade good cooking, also second reason is because he absolutely loved and respected Italians. I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart and wish you a long, happy and joyful life.

Dear Pasquale, you are such a treasure and a great joy to watch. My grandparents were from Italy and used to cook like this all the time when I was a young child. I am now 38 and have children of my own now and I cook for them in the same way. I have tried many of your recipes and they have all been delicious. God bless you and cin cin to many more years of health and blessings. I love your channel and everything you have to offer! Love from Rhode Island.

I first saw Ciabatta bread in a baker's window in Rome. They were closed. I had to go back the next day when they were opened to get some. A quick stop at a nearby deli for Prosciutto, Provalone, Capricola, Salume and other thinly sliced surprizes not seen in the US. Because the Italians were all closed around noon, I had to get prepared the day before. Also I remember German mustard in a squeeze tube. I solved the Sandwich Gap.
