I always have to make a double or triple batch of pie crusts when I make a pie. I roll the remaining dough thin, sprinkle with salt, poke holes with a fork and bake the most delicious crackers.

I made these today. Rolled them out very thin on parchment paper. Baked about 10-12 minutes. Let them cool slightly and realized they weren’t done enough. I put them back in for another 4-5 minutes. After they were cool I tried one. It was so hard I couldn’t bite it. I read on another channel that those three ingredients aren’t crackers, they’re hardtack. I know mine sure were! 😂
