That sounds and looks delicious! Growing up, my grandmother always cooked green beans with potatoes. Instead of meat, she seasoned them with a healthy dose of bacon greasa. Usually, they were served with pot roast. Thanks for sharing your recipe. The spice blend sounds like a nice addition.
